Join us on Wednesday, July 30th for a zesty morning full of movement, core strength, and sweet memories! 💛

9:30am at Harris Park for Stroller Barre
10:30am for Lemonade in a Bag

We’re celebrating National Lemon Day with a themed Stroller Barre class using only a core ball—so get ready to Squeeze the Day in the most fun and functional way possible! 🍋✨

After class, we’ll roll right into a citrusy playgroup where the kids will make their very own lemonade in a bag—a hands-on (and sticky!) activity they’ll love.

✅ What to bring: – Your core ball
– Water (because, hello, it's lemon season)
– Your stroller besties and their tiny humans
– Clothes that can handle a little lemon juice 😅
